GRANTED was founded on a simple observation. The people we serve are surrounded by options, offers and promises. What they rarely have is a single person who takes a request, says yes only when it is certain, and then simply does it.
So we built a house around one word. When your adviser writes “Granted.”, it is done: the aircraft is confirmed, the table is held, the residence is ready. Not before. If something cannot be done, we say so at once, and propose something better.
Each adviser holds the whole picture of the lives they look after: preferences, rhythms, families, the details nobody should have to repeat. That picture never leaves the house. Nothing is shared, nothing is published, nothing is displayed.
