Terms of use
These terms govern access to this website, the private spaces and the services arranged by GRANTED. By using them, you accept these terms in full.
1. Definitions
“GRANTED”, “the house”, “we” mean XVI Group LLC, operating under the name GRANTED. “You” means any visitor, client or member. “Provider” means any independent third party performing a service. “Request” means any message by which you ask the house to arrange a service.
2. Role of the house
GRANTED acts solely as an organiser on your behalf. Services are performed by independent providers under their own terms, licences, insurance and responsibility. The house does not operate aircraft, vessels, vehicles, properties or venues, and is not a party to the contract between you and a provider unless expressly agreed in writing.
3. Requests and confirmation
A request is an invitation to discuss and creates no obligation. A service exists only once confirmed by the house and accepted by you, on the terms communicated for it. Options, availability and prices are indicative until confirmed. The house may decline any request without giving reasons.
4. Membership
Membership is personal, non-transferable and granted at the sole discretion of the house. It is governed by the membership agreement signed with each member, which prevails over these terms. The house may suspend or end a membership in case of breach, unlawful conduct or conduct harmful to the house, its staff or its providers.
5. Fees and payment
Membership fees, service fees and the cost of services are communicated before confirmation and are payable as agreed. Amounts paid to providers on your behalf are subject to their conditions. Late payment may result in the suspension of services.
6. Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations are subject to the conditions of each service and of the providers concerned, communicated before confirmation. The house will always seek the most favourable outcome but cannot override a provider’s conditions.
7. Your commitments
You agree to provide accurate information, to comply with applicable laws, entry, visa and health requirements, and to respect the rules of the places and providers concerned. You remain responsible for your guests and for the conduct of those travelling with you.
8. Private spaces
Access to private spaces is personal and confidential. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all use made of them. The house may suspend access at any time to protect an account or the security of its systems.
9. Automated replies
Instant replies may be used to gather the details of a request. They are given for information only and never constitute a confirmation, an offer or a commitment of the house.
10. Confidentiality
The house treats every request with discretion. You agree in turn not to disclose the terms, prices or arrangements communicated to you without consent.
11. Intellectual property
All content of the website and of the private spaces is protected. No licence is granted other than a personal, revocable right of use.
12. Liability
The house undertakes to act with care and diligence. To the fullest extent permitted by law, it is not liable for the acts, omissions or failures of providers, for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, opportunity or enjoyment, or for any loss arising from information you provided. Where its liability is engaged, it is limited to the fees received by the house for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the house against any claim arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful conduct or the conduct of your guests.
14. Force majeure
The house is not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural events, epidemics, decisions of authorities, strikes, closures of airspace or ports, conflicts, unrest or failures of third parties.
15. Personal data
Personal data is handled as described in our privacy policy.
16. General
If any provision is held invalid, the others remain in force. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights without consent. These terms, the membership agreement where applicable and each confirmation form the entire agreement between you and the house.
17. Changes
The house may amend these terms at any time. The version published on this page applies from its publication.
18. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law applicable to the publisher, without prejudice to any mandatory protection of your country of residence. Any dispute shall first be the subject of an amicable resolution and, failing that, of the competent courts.
