The art of the single answer

Most services answer quickly. Very few answer once.

When someone asks for a chalet, a table or a flight, the easiest reply is a list. Twenty options, three prices, a promise to check availability. It looks generous. It is, in fact, a way of handing the work back.

At GRANTED, we take the opposite view. A request deserves a single, considered answer: the right option, already confirmed, with one or two alternatives only when they are genuinely worth your time.

That is why our replies begin with one word. “Granted.” is not a greeting or a formula. It means the work is done: the aircraft is held, the table is set aside, the residence is ready. If we cannot write it, we say so at once, and we propose something better.

It is a discipline more than a style. It requires knowing our partners, knowing our members, and refusing the comfort of the long list. But it is the only answer that truly returns time.
